TIM OPARA d.o.o. is a major Slovene company, which for the past 15 years successfully operates in the field of: 

• Passive and active fire protection
• Renovation of houses, especially in the field of humidity and mold control and solving hydro insulation problems
• Designer walls (artificial stone and wood) for indoor and outdoor decoration
• Other professional services and products like security locks for emergency exits

Passive fire protection

We have experienced and trained technical personnel for the execution of the fire protection projects. We execute passive fire protection systems on the construction sites for fire blockades, fire resistant ducts and fire resistant systems for iron constructions, ventilation shafts, tunnels etc. We also provide information, technical training courses and advice about fire protection and distribute the fire protection products. Our biggest partners are Promat and Intumex.

Active fire protection

We also provide services and products for active fire protection by extinguishing the fire with a special extinguishing liquid (ampoule) and gas systems. We can offer fire protection of small and big spaces, while for more open spaces with higher fire risk a built-in extinguishing system can be installed.

Renovation of houses – humidity control

With 8 years of experiences we execute efficient Promatect MC systems for humidity control and permanent elimination of mold in the houses as well as for solving hydro insulation problems.

Promatect MC system is based on calcium-silicate boards, which are completely natural and safe for health.

Due to it's outstanding features it enables:

• Prevention of the heat leaking from the building
• Reduction of heat loss
• Considerably lower heating costs
• Prevention of condensation and the formation of the mold

With the Promatect MC system we offer permanent solution for the elimination of humidity and mold in houses and basements.
We offer also other solutions to compliment the functionality of the Promatect MC boards. 

History

We have started our business in 1998 as a distributor of special fire extinguishing ampoules. Since the year 2004 we have been engaged in passive fire protection and from 2005 we also deal with permanent renovantion solutions for humidity and mold control. Recently we started with a new business activity involving installation of designer walls for indoor and outdoor decoration.

Now we are a well-know company on the Slovene market and we have 11 employees and a large number of contractors – all of us are willing to provide even better service. We strive to retain our high expert knowledge which has been a trademark of TIM OPARA company from the very beginning. We are committed to offering high quality services.
